Jagged Edge Mountain Gear is open year-round. The shop typically operates every day from 10 am to 6 pm, but during the off-season, the shop's hours are subject to change.

Is there a quantity limit for Jagged Edge bulk orders?

It depends on the style of product, however usually it is between 50 - 500 pcs.

What is the process with logos?

We can help in sourcing custom labels, heat transfer film, or embroidered patches.

How much customization is possible?

We can modify our products to some extent; however, bulk orders are made using the patterns and materials we have on hand.

What is the best way to go about choosing fabric and color?

There is no substitution for personally seeing and touching fabric. The best place to do that is at Jagged Edge Mountain Gear in Telluride.

How is the deposit handled?

Once you know what you want to make, a 50% deposit of the production cost will be required.

Are approvals a part of the process?

You'll get a sample either in physical form or as an image for your approval before production.

How are taxes applied to these larger orders?

There won't be taxes if you have a tax ID number.

Does Jagged Edge rent via Ferrata gear? 

The shop does not rent via Ferrata gear, but we sell lanyards, helmets, gloves, dynamic rope, and carabiners.

No, the shop does not rent camping gear, but we sell a selection of camping gear from premium brands. 

Does Jagged Edge Mountain Gear rent crash pads?

Yes, the shop rents crash pads for $20 daily. 

Where can you rent paddleboards and tubes in Telluride, Colorado?

You can rent paddleboards and tubes from Jagged Edge Mountain Gear in Telluride, Colorado. We rent paddleboards for $60 daily and tubes for $25 daily. 

Our rentals include cam straps, PFDs, paddles, and helmets. 

Jagged Edge Mountain Gear does not provide transport. If you are renting paddleboards or tubes, you must come to the shop to pick them up. 

Does Jagged Edge offer snowshoe rentals?

Yes, we do for $25 a day. 

Where can you demo backcountry skis in Telluride, Colorado?

Jagged Edge Mountain Gear is your one-stop shop for demoing backcountry skis, skins, poles, and boots in Telluride. We also demo resort skis, boots, and poles. The cost for a demo varies depending on the type of ski, but customers are looking at anywhere from $90 to $150 a day, depending. 

Although Jagged Edge does not rent or demo avalanche safety gear (beacons, shovels, and probes), the shop sells avalanche safety gear from several companies, including Ortovox, Mammut, and Arva. 

Does Jagged Edge Mountain Gear rent avalanche canisters?

No, but we do fill avy canisters for $20 per canister. 

Can you explain a little more about the Jagged Edge radio program?

Jagged Edge Mountain Gear not only sells radios, but the shop also loans out radios on a first-come, first-served basis for up to five days at a time. 

This is a free radio loan program.  

Does Jagged Edge Mountain Gear rent climbing equipment?

No, Jagged Edge does not rent climbing equipment; we sell gear for all disciplines of climbing. 

Can we repair old Jagged Edge-branded clothing or other used gear? 

No, Jagged Edge does not mend any clothing or gear.
